Warranties

LIMITED WARRANTY - Camie-Campbell warrants only that aerosol packaged goods manufactured by it are free from defects of material and workmanship under normal and intended use and service for a period of one (1) year and that non aerosol goods (bulk products) manufactured by it are free from defects of material and workmanship under normal and intended use and service for a period of six (6) months after the date of tender of delivery; provided, Buyer gives Camie-Campbell written notice of any such defect within the warranty period.  Normal wear and deterioration are excluded.  In as much as Camie-Campbell has no control over the use to which others may put the material, it does not guarantee that the same results described in Camie-Campbell literature will be obtained nor will a product be deemed defective if the same results described in Camie-Campbell literature are not obtained.  Each user should make their own tests to determine the material's suitability for their own particular use.  Camie-Campbell does not warrant products which have been subject to misuse, accident, improper actions by someone other than Camie-Campbell, alterations, modifications or replacements.  This warranty does not apply to products that have been replaced under the warranty.   THE WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, IMPLIED, EXPRESSED, STATUTORY, OR ARISING BY LAW OR CUSTOM, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS MADE PURSUANT TO BUYER'S SPECIFICATIONS, WHETHER THE PRODUCTS ARE USED ALONE OR IN COMBINATION WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES OR DEVICES.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY.   Seller and Buyer agree that buyer's sole and exclusive remedy against Seller shall be either refund of the purchase price or repair or replacement of defective products or, at Seller's option, of any parts found by Seller to be defective.  The products must be returned to Seller's factory, transportation charges prepaid and accompanied by a claim in writing.  IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED THAT SELLER'S LIABILITY WHETHER IN CONTRACT, IN TORT, UNDER ANY WARRANTY, IN NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, SHALL NOT EXCEED THE RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY BUYER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.  THE PRICE STATED FOR THE PRODUCTS IS A CONSIDERATION IN LIMITING SELLER'S LIABILITY.

All sales are strictly limited to the terms and conditions found on Camie-Campbell, Inc.'s acknowledgement, including a limited warranty and limitations on Camie-Campbell Inc.'s liabilities and buyer's remedies.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Camie-Campbell, Inc. at its executive offices that are currently located at 9225 Watson Industrial park, St. Louis, MO 63126-1581.

Certain Camie-Campbell aerosol and bulk adhesives are not recommended for unsupported vinyl.  Certain plastic and elastomeric substrates can exhibit bond failure due to plasticizer migration.  Combinations of high temperature and humidity can promote bond failure.
